ABOUT THE CLUB

The Gender Club is an innovative initiative formed under the auspices of the Kudumbasree Mission's Gender Programmes. It is dedicated to fostering an educational environment committed to social justice, to cultivate a non-violent society and to eliminate gender discrimination and to ensure equal opportunities across all sectors

OBJECTIVE OF THE CLUB

The Gender Club envisions students as responsible leaders who can create an environment where all genders are treated with dignity and respect.
Through its activities, the club aims to teach gender awareness and establish social standards that cherish humanity regardless of gender.
The club promotes an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to studying the social and cultural conceptions of gender.
