The NSS motto, "Not Me, But You," embodies the spirit of democracy and supports the requirement for selfless service. This motto encapsulates the idea that guide the NSS unit of Safa College of Arts and Science, which urges students to adopt an attitude of care for other living things. The unit has Fifty volunteers and coordinated range of social activities in association with governmental and non-governmental agencies. Grace marks will be awarded based on the number of hours worked in such programs.

• Organising CAMPS to develop competence required for group-living and sharing of responsibilities.

• Develop capacity to meet emergencies and natural disasters and practise national integration and social harmony.

• Utilize knowledge in finding practical solution to individual and community problems.
